Why I Build With One Founder at a Time

The technical partner model — not a contractor, not a co-founder, not a freelancer.

Most founders end up managing their technical builders. Writing specs, chasing updates, wondering why things are slow. I built this model to be the opposite: you own the vision, I own the build.

One engagement at a time. Full accountability. Real outcomes.

Why I Only Work With One Founder at a Time

The realization that depth always beats volume. Not from a setback — from watching the alternative fail. Every time a founder works with fragmented technical teams, they become the project manager. Every time I tried to balance more than one engagement, something was always second. The math didn't work. One of us was always getting less than they needed. I'd rather be exceptional for one founder than adequate for five.

I don't want to be good at managing multiple clients. I want to be exceptional for one.

My Approach

What makes this model work for early-stage founders

🤝

Partnership First

I work with a selected few founders each year to ensure I can give each project the attention it deserves.

💼

Business-Minded

I understand that code is just a means to an end. I focus on solving business problems, not just writing code.

🛠️

Full-Stack Expertise

From data layer to UI, I don't need to coordinate across multiple people. The whole product is mine to own.
